Medical and Dental Plans
Medical and dental plans require minimal monthaly contributions.

Prescription Drug Plan
A co-pay prescription drug plan is provided through the hospital pharmacy with participation in medical plans.

Life/Accidental Death/Dismemberment Insurance
Core coverage = (1x base salary) provided at no cost.  Higher coverage is available for a nominal charge.

Disability Insurance
Core coverage (50% of monthly salary) for short and long-term disability at no cost.  Higher coverage is available for a nominal charge.

Professional Liability/Malpractice Insurance
Provided through Catholic Health Partners Self Insurance Fund.  Annual aggregate of $3,000,000/$1,000,000 each occurance.
