Application deadline is December 30, 2008

Applicants must meet the following qualifications/criteria for full consideration:

-will graduate from a U.S. or Canadian medical school by June 30, 2009 or graduated within the last 7 years from planned start date OR
-have valid ECFMG certification  prior to NRMP Match deadline and have graduated within the last 7 years from planned start date

2. Passed Step I and Step II CK and CS of the USMLE, or COMLEX-USA  with a maximum of 2 attempts on each.

3. Have clinical experience or similar experience within the U.S. healthcare delivery system within the last 2 years 

- applicant has had patient care experience at a U.S. institution, hospital , facility, with letters of recommendation to describe this experience
-this does not include observership or research experience
-clinical experience outside the United States is considered 

4. Applicants must have a United States residential address
